Heat’s starting center Bam Adebayo who has been playing exceptional during this playoff run is also being listed as doubtful for Game 2 with what has been diagnosed as a neck strain (left side).
Dragic suffered the injury in the second quarter of Game 1 against the Lakers, where he came up hobbling and had to leave the game and did not return. He has not yet been ruled out of the series.
Bam also suffered his injury in Game 1 and did not return.
This will be a tough task for the Heat to pull off against the red hot Los Angeles Lakers.
Dragic has been the leading scorer for the Heat during these playoffs and Bam Adebayo is essentially their best big man who is also a creative passer and a beast on the boards.
Will have to wait and see what line-up the Heat will deploy today but this is definitely a huge blow for the Miami Heat and couldn’t come at a worse time.
